Please send the payment for the event(s) only. The registration fee includes morning/afternoon refreshment breaks, lunch each day a networking dinner on evening of day 1 and full documentation. Hotel accommodation & travel expenses are not included in the fee. All payment should be received in full before attendance.

Cancellation and Postponing Policy
If you are unable to attend the workshop you may send a substitute at any time with no additional charge. You must notify such changes to us as soon as possible. If you have to cancel your registration please advise us in writing at least 15 working days before the workshop. Thereafter a cancellation charge of 80% is payable. If the homework package has left our office at the moment of your cancellation, we will invoice the material the postage and packaging costs. (members: 107.60 - non members: 134.50 + mailing costs and VAT). Should business or personal situations prevent you from attending the course, you may postpone your attendance one time only. But we require 15 working days notice. If you can not meet this notice period, we will apply the cancellation policy If sufficient participation is not achieved, the EFQM reserves the right to cancel the workshop.
