With a core staff in Brussels and a network of trainers, consultants and thousands of contributors from within our member organisations, EFQM is active around the world.

Our Brussels based staff has a diverse background from administration in the not-for-profit sector, quality management in public and private companies, to leadership roles in commercial organisations.  

Our work is to design and co-ordinate exchange between our members, run training programmes and seminars that link companies together in learning, research cases which contribute to our mission of sharing management practice, and to lead recognition and award programmes that inspire and motivate.
