Our Strategic Partnerships

We are proud to say that more than 30 000 organisations are using the EFQM Model today. Together with our Strategic Partners, we are helping them to adopt "The EFQM way to Sustainable Excellence". Please find a list of our Strategic Partners on the right-hand side of this page.

Some of our Strategic Partners distribute our publications, others offer national recognition and/or deliver EFQM Training. All depends on the Partnership Agreement. Note that we have the following categories:

  • Primary Partners
Are non-commercial organisations who distribute all EFQM Products and Services in the local market and have a long term relationship based on Product and Knowledge exchange.
  • Potential Primary Partners
Are non-commercial organisations who distribute EFQM Products and Services in the local market and who have a long-term relationship with EFQM.
  • Distribution Partners
Are organisations who distribute part of the EFQM Products and Services. The agreement is based on volume and results, and if the organisation has potential to evolve.
  • EFQM Licensed Consultants & Trainers (LATs)
Are organisations that help others on their journey, using at least in part, the tools and techniques that underpin the EFQM way to achieving Sustainable Excellence.

For more detailed information on each of these Strategic Partnership types, or for application, please refer to the brochures available for download on the right-hand side of this page. If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to contact us. (partnerships@efqm.org)

Other partners
In addition to working closely with the organisation mentioned above, EFQM also works with other organisations in Partnership mode.

One example of this in action is EFQM's membership of the Global Excellence Model (GEM) Council.  An annual forum for the CEO of EFQM to share and learn from EFQM's peers globally such as the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program, REDIBEX in Latin America, the Japan Quality Award and the Singapore Quality Award managed by Spring.
Global Excellence Model Council (G.E.M.)

A second example is the European Academy for Quality Sciences, a group of Universities who have a shared interest in developing and extending the application of the EFQM Way to Sustainable Excellence within their curriculum and indeed in their own operations.

A third example is the European Institute of Public Administration and its Common Assessment Framework, based on the EFQM Model.

Finally, for those that are seeking EFQM's support on a specific project, we offer the possibility to agree on a Project Partner contract. These are specifically for organisations who are looking for a time based relationship with EFQM, based on mutual benefits and obligations. For more information, contact us via partnerships@efqm.org
