In this section, you can purchase publications, enrol in a training course or workshop, and/or register for an event.
If you are a "new customer", in order to complete your order, you will need to fill in the registration form, providing us with your company and individual contact details as well as a password. Your order will be pending until your registration has been authorised by EFQM, usually within 24 hours. Once your access is authorised, your order will be automatically approved and you will receive confirmation for both your login and your order.
If you are a"returning customer", in order to complete your order, you will be asked to login, using your email address as username and your password. Once your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
To navigate and find the publication, training course, workshop or event you are looking for, you can either use the menu on the right or the drop-down search in the main screen. This drop-down search will help to refine the selection of items by category. Please select the keyword from the list, corresponding to the publication, training course or workshop you are looking for.
To view more details on any product, simply click on its title.
To add the item to your shopping cart, click on the icon on the left side of the title. Once you have added items to your basket, your shopping cart will be visible on the bottom of the page. You can easily continue shopping by adding publications, training courses or workshops to your cart. Once you are ready to check out, just click "proceed to check out".

Note:
For publications, please note that:
* All orders must be for a minimum of 50 Euros. For orders below this amount, EFQM will increase the amount charged up to 50 Euros to cover administrative overheads.
* The customer is responsible for any import charges incurred.
* EFQM holds the right to request prepayment before processing any order received.
