The revised version of the EFQM Excellence Model is now out for 5 months; we received very positive feedback.  In a recent poll, 97% of the users found the changes useful and of value.

Furthermore over the past months, EFQM has trained more than 250 assessors, all courses have been aligned with EFQM Model 2010.  Many publications have been revised and we are about to start the EFQM Excellence Award 2010 season.

EFQM has been running a series of webinars to explain the changes to the EFQM Model.  These webinars have proven to be an efficient way of communicating and is well appreciated.  To build on this initiative we have decided to offer a new series of webinars on "the benefits of using the EFQM Model 2010", the first of which was held in January 2010.  This allows you to understand the short and long term benefits of using the EFQM Excellence Model 2010 to improve the performance and results of your organisation.  Practical approaches are shared to help you make the most out of it.  The advantages of the new version of the EFQM Model 2010 are presented.
