• Primary Partners promote Sustainable Excellence within their country, they support organisations on their journey towards Excellence based on the EFQM Model. They offer national recognition and EFQM Training. Additionally, they support the development of our Product Portfolio.
• Partners offer national recognition and EFQM Training. They can offer, like the Primary Partners, third party licenses; meaning that they can train “trainers” to several deliver EFQM courses.
• Distributors promote and deliver EFQM training, recognition, the National Award and Publications  organisations on their journey to Excellence 
• Licensed Trainers obtained from EFQM directly, an international license to deliver several EFQM training programmes
• Third party Licensed Trainers obtained from an EFQM Primary Partner or Partner, a national license to deliver several EFQM training programmes
