Creating passion and commitment within your internal stakeholders isn’t always easy.

The ‘Committed to Excellence’ recognition programme provides you with a good starting point: structuring your ambitions and giving you external input on your approach.  In undertaking the programme, you will build knowledge and experience of how to apply EFQM tools and models, and how to engage your people in continuous improvement.  As a new member, or if you are initiating a change programme based on concepts of Business Excellence, ‘Committed to Excellence’ is the best way to start.

‘Committed to Excellence’ consists of two stages. In the first, we support you in the conduct of a simple Self Assessment against the EFQM Excellence Model, from which you will define your organisational improvement plans.   In the second stage, an independent EFQM ‘validator’ reviews your approach and provides structured feedback.

Successful achievement of this level of recognition entitles the organisation to use the insignia ‘Committed to Excellence’ in their promotional materials.
