Step 1: Starth the journey towards excellence
Step 2: The EFQM assessor training
Step 3: The EFQM master assessor training

At stage 1, during the "Start the journey towards excellence training" you see the benefits that the EFQM approach can bring to your organisation in the short term. You will learn about the self-assessment & project prioritisation approach. At the next level, the EFQM assessor training, you will focus on mastering the skills and capabilities of an assessor. Moreover, you will understand how the EFQM Excellence Model and the RADAR logic can help you to achieve your goals. Finally, at the last stage - the EFQM master assessor training, you will sharpen you assessment skills through practical exercises, preparing the site visits and the interviews.

The fee for the full programme equals: € 3750 for members, & € 4700 for non-affiliated companies.
