The 9 Criteria

Through the 9 criteria you can understand and analyse the cause and effect relationships between what your organisation does and the results you achieve. Five of these criteria are 'Enablers' and four are 'Results'. The 'Enabler' criteria cover what an organisation does and how it does it. The 'Results' criteria cover what an organisation achieves.

Each of the 9 criteria has a definition, which explains the high level meaning of that criterion. To develop the high level meaning further, each criterion is supported by a number of criterion parts. The RADAR logic helps you to assess and score the level of each sub-criterion.

The 9 Criteria are:
1. Leadership
2. Strategy
3. People
4. Partnerships & Resources
5. Processes, Products and Services
6. Customer Results
7. People Results
8. Society Results
9. Business Results

The arrows in the graph above represent the dynamic nature of the Model, showing learning, creativity and innovation helping to improve the Enablers that in turn lead to improved Results.
