We have created this site to be a free tool that helps you understanding the EFQM Model 2010 and performing your first assessment. http://sites.google.com/site/myfirststepwithefqmmodel2010/

In this site, you will not only learn about the EFQM Model's 9 critera, but you will also be able to download a practical tool to perform an initial assessment of your organisation.  Also, for people with experience, you can share your knowledge with us by adding your comments and modifying our text.
