1. Communities of Practice are small working groups based on a specific theme with a defined objective, deliverable and life time. Such communities are often established by Award applicants, who have clear approaches but who are seeking innovative ways of working. Communities for Practice are for members only
2. The EFQM Assessor Training is designed to give you a thorough understanding of how to assess an organisation using the EFQM Excellence Model. Successfully completing the course will enable you to participate in an EFQM Assessment Team, further developing your skills and knowledge through practical experience. Assessing an organisation also gives you insights into how the EFQM Excellence Model is being used to drive improvement.
3. The Assessment Matrix is designed as a self-assessment tool to give you a complete, thorough assessment. It also produces a full Enabler Map style submission document. Members can download it for free from our Knowledge Base.
